Placements from February 2022 to 30th September 2024
The foundation’s actual work started in February 2022, and by May 2024 the foundation has selected and continues supporting 75 young women in their education. There is a tremendous improvement in the students’ performance in academics and extracurricular activities. A few of them have secured jobs.
1. Ms.Sravya. A. from Hyderabad, Telangana, completed her ECE Engineering degree and secured an Internship with job offer at a reputed company in Hyderabad.

2. Ms.Neeraja .P. from Yanam, Pondicherry, completed her B Pharmacy and secured a job at Aurobindo Pharma in Hyderabad.

3. Ms.Brighty Rachel from Addateegala, East Godavari district, completed her Bachelor degree in Agriculture Engineering and secured a job at Reliance Industries, Gadimoga, East Godavari district.

4. Ms.Purnima completed her DCCP polytechnic diploma, wrote a government competitive exam after taking coaching and secured a job as a copyist at the District Judiciary Court, AP.

5. Ms.Jyothi and Ms. Bhagyalakshmi from Girls Observation Home, Visakhapatnam, completed their training at a Government Food Technology college and secured jobs at Daspalla Hotel, Visakhapatnam.

6. Ms.Mahalakshmi .V. completed her IIIT Engineering degree and postgraduate diploma in Data Analytics in Hyderabad and secured a job in Hyderabad.

7. Ms.Prasanna V from Kakinada completed her Degree in Artificial Intelligence in Kakinada and secured an Internship with a job offer from Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad and also the same from IECE, Visakhapatnam.

8. Ms.Bhavani G from Hyderabad completed her degree in Agriculture BSc, completed her Internship and has a job offer at a reputed school in Jadcherla,Telangana.

9. Ms.Swaroopa P from Kakinada completed her degree in Digital Marketing and started working at a firm as an accountant in Kakinada.

10. Ms.Shalom, Ms.Simeran, Ms.Riya, Ms.Needa Sheik, Ms.Sheetal, from Mumbai completed their Masters Degrees in Mass Media and started working in several companies in Mumbai.

11. Ms.Harika K from a small village in AP completed her DCCP Diploma in Kakinada, took coaching to write government competitive exams, and secured an apprenticeship and a job offer at National Remote Sensing center, ISRO, Govt of India, Hyderabad.

12. Ms.B.Prasanna completed MSc in Botany at Adikavi Nannaya University, Andhra Pradesh and joined as a lecturer of Botany in the Government Junior College of her hometown. Ms.Prasanna comes from a small town and her father has health issues and mother is a housewife. She needed just a small bit of encouragement and support to complete her PG Degree. Her students appreciate her so much that they felicitated her for her contribution to their education.

These 17 young women became financially independent and their future has become secure. That is the aim, and that is what the foundation is working towards for many more underprivileged, hardworking, intelligent, motivated young women.
