Criteria for Selection

We look for three main aspects while choosing young women for our INATMAN Foundation and see to it that they can move towards their goal of self-sufficiency and empowerment.

  1. The candidates must be motivated enough to embark on a journey full of challenges and hardwork. They have to persevere through the process of education equipped with focus and determination.
  2. They have to provide us with suitable documentation to confirm that they belong to below the poverty line section of society, demonstrating that they truly require support to continue their education.
  3. Their academic record has to show that they are capable of continuing their education and that they are eligible for the courses they are aspiring to study. Their grades/marks and other achievements play an important part in the process of selection.

We follow the selection of our candidates solely based on the economical status, capability and academic record of the candidate. The decision is made after carefully considering the motivation levels, realistic goals and sustainability of the process. Founders’ decision is assessed in detail throughout the process and final.
